As a business owner who follows Christ, we should have great customer service because of how we treat people in general. We love one another. We follow the Golden Rule which is to do unto others what you would want them to do to you.
Here are several ideas I’m working on when it comes to customers and clients.
Honored guests: Treat customers as special guests in your business.
Uncover Needs: Find out what clients desire or problems need solving.
Personalized experience: After uncovering the needs or problems of the customers, you can tailor the solution based on what was learned.
Immediate but appropriate response: This one can be tricky because I don’t keep my phone on me all the time and it is on vibrate so I don’t see or hear the notifications all the time. My responses are not so immediate but suitable for me.
Random kindness: It’s always nice to surprise a client by doing something kind such as remembering a special event like a birthday or anniversary.
